Current: 
Mr. Divita currently serves as Chief Financial Officer of FPIC Insurance Group, Inc. a public insurance company (NASDAQ: FPIC) headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida. FPIC is the leading writer of medical professional liability insurance in Florida and one of the leading writers of such insurance in the country. 
 
 
Business Background: 
Mr. Divita joined FPIC in June 2000 as Vice President of Finance, supporting the Company’s strategic planning, financial management and merger and acquisition initiatives. In February 2002, Mr. Divita assumed leadership of FPIC’s third party administration business, Employers Mutual, Inc. (EMI), a leading provider of insurance brokerage and administration services to large self-insured organizations in Florida and selected other markets.   After leading a successful turnaround of EMI and negotiating its sale in May 2005, Mr. Divita returned to FPIC as Senior Vice President of Operations and Strategy. Mr. Divita held this position until becoming FPIC’s Chief Financial Officer in January 2006.  
 
Prior to joining FPIC, Mr. Divita held various management positions with Prudential Financial, Inc., including Director of Operations and Director of Management Internal Control. Mr. Divita was responsible for supporting several high profile initiatives within Prudential Financial in order to prepare for its eventual demutualization and transition to a public company.   Prior to joining Prudential Financial, Mr. Divita was an audit senior with Arthur Andersen, LLP, serving a diverse client base. 
 
Board Memberships: 
Mr. Divita serves on the internal boards of FPIC’s four insurance companies and its other subsidiaries. 
 
Other Business Matters: 
In 2005, Mr. Divita was a recipient of Jacksonville Business Journal’s “Up and Comer” award. 
 
Education and Professional:
Mr. Divita graduated from Florida State University in 1991 and 1992 with degrees in accounting and finance (cum laude), respectively, and is a certified public accountant.
 
Personal: 
Mr. Divita was born in 1969 in Charleston, West Virginia. He is married and has two children.
