Joshua High

Joshua High, CPA, is founder and president of Enterprise Technology Partners, LLC. Enterprise Technology Partners is a professional services organization providing advanced Information Technology, Finance and Management services to large Federal, State & local governments as well as commercial organizations and differentiates itself by its ability to provide integrated-multidisciplinary services at the point of client interface across functional areas.

 

Mr. High’s background includes over 25 years of business and management experience ranging from corporate governance, strategic planning, information technology, finance, tax and accounting, leasing and asset outsourcing to joint venture creation. His industry experience includes professional services, leasing, banking, transportation, regulated utilities, manufacturing, real estate and health care. In addition, Mr. High’s expertise extends to mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, structured-finance, asset securitizations and capital recovery.

 

Prior to organizing Enterprise Technology Partners, LLC, Mr. High served as a senior corporate finance executive for Ryder System, Inc., a Fortune 500 Company, for 19 years. As one of nine top corporate officers of the $7 billion capital intensive corporation,   Mr. High led key finance, tax, planning and business process functions. He was also responsible for the development of Ryder’s lease finance program through which over $22 billion of assets were acquired. He also led Ryder’s equipment lease securitization program, transforming the leasing business into an integrated equipment leasing concern.

 

Before joining Ryder, Mr. High was a Senior Manager with Arthur Andersen & Co. for nine years where he performed financial statement audits and planned and managed the tax and finance affairs for a diverse roster of corporate clients in the leasing, financial services, regulated utilities, manufacturing, real estate and shipping industries.

 

Mr. High has served on and serves on several corporate boards, civic boards and commissions. Mr. High is currently a Member of the Board of Trustees for Florida Southern College, Chairman of the Urban League’s Greater Miami Housing Corporation, Metro Orlando Economic Development Commission, Executive Leadership Council, Member of the Board of Directors of Orlando Regional Healthcare System, Executive Board Member of the Boy Scouts of America-Central Florida Council, and Member of the Board of Directors of the Florida Chamber of Commerce. He has also served on the Energy 2020 Commission (Gubernatorial appointment) and the Emerging Technology Commission (Gubernatorial appointment), Audit Committee for Kislak National Bank, Chairman of the Public Health Trust of Miami-Dade County, and Chairman of the Healthcare Board (Gubernatorial appointment) for the State of Florida.

 

Mr. High holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and finance from Florida Southern College. He resides in Windermere, Florida with his family.
